Walking calms my spirit everytime, it feeds my need to be alone, the meditative trance of movement and my exploration as I uncover new areas, art, stores, etc. When I am in NY, London, Paris, SF, etc, etc I make my destination a bridge as the water element of my walking meditation brings it to the highest level.
